Collection: Sleep

Falling asleep is one thing. Staying asleep is another. Our Sleep collection is built around full-spectrum extract — meaning we don't strip out the naturally occurring terpenes and minor cannabinoids that work alongside CBD to support deeper, more restorative rest (what's sometimes called the "entourage effect").

Most customers take one full dropper of our 1000mg CBD Oil Extract about 30–60 minutes before bed, placed under the tongue. If you're not a fan of oil, our CBD Relax Gummies (25mg full-spectrum CBD each) are a slower-onset, longer-lasting alternative that a lot of people prefer for an evening routine.

Every batch starts as hemp grown on our own plots in Utah, hand-harvested, and processed in small batches — never mass-produced, never cut with fillers. Just organic Utah-grown hemp oil and organic coconut oil in our tincture, with nothing else added.

FAQs

What are the best CBD products for sleep?

For sleep specifically, most customers start with either the Organic CBD Oil Extract (1,000mg, taken sublingually 30–60 minutes before bed) or the CBD Relax Gummies (25mg per gummy) as part of a wind-down routine. The tincture works faster; the gummies are a slower, longer-lasting option some people prefer for staying asleep through the night.

Should I choose CBD gummies or CBD extract for sleep? What's actually the difference?

The tincture is absorbed under the tongue and tends to take effect in 15–45 minutes, which gives you more control over timing. The gummies are digested, so they take longer to kick in (30–90 minutes) but the effect tends to build more gradually and last longer — useful if staying asleep, not just falling asleep, is your main issue.

Will I feel groggy or foggy the next morning?

CBD isn't sedating in the way melatonin and sleep medications are, and it doesn't produce a hangover-like grogginess for most people. Full-spectrum CBD supports the body's ability to wind down rather than forcing sleep, so most customers report waking up clear-headed rather than foggy.

Is it safe to take CBD every night, or should I take breaks?

Full-spectrum CBD is generally well tolerated for consistent nightly use, and many customers find it works best as part of a regular routine rather than used occasionally. If you're on other medications, check with your doctor before starting a nightly routine
